The Group Companies are dedicated to upholding integrity and adhering to the highest ethical standards, including stringent anti-bribery and anti-corruption regulations. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy towards any form of bribery or corruption.

If you have knowledge or suspicions that any employee, consultant, or affiliated individual of a Group Company, or their related parties, has engaged in bribery, please report this immediately. Send an email with all pertinent information to support@bitgainpro.net.

We guarantee that the identity of the whistleblower and all provided information will remain strictly confidential. The Group Companies have established the following protocols to protect and support whistleblowers:

If you have given or have been compelled to give improper benefits or advantages to any employee or associated individual of the Group Companies or their related parties, and you voluntarily disclose this information to a Group Company before it is discovered through other means, the Group Company will, at its discretion, evaluate the situation and may decide to maintain business relations with you without penalizing you for breaching the above-stated policies.

Upon verification of the reported bribery, the Group Company will provide a monetary reward to the whistleblower, commensurate with the impact of the disclosed bribery.
